ENDING THE CONFUSION : "Botox" is the lay public word used for all botulinum toxin injectables. All products and names work in similar ways. You are still getting "Botox", just packaged from another American, reputable , drug company. "Botox" can be used to treat severe migraines. In my experience, I will ONLY use Botox for severe migraines THAT DO NOT RESPOND TO OTHER TREATMENTS I HAVE TRIED FIRST.
